Verified accounts. Curated community.

Members of the eCom Mafia community get a verified badge and access to a private tier of jobs.

  • No external apply links
Every application happens in-app, with status updates the candidate can see.
  • Contact details stay private
Candidate emails and phones are never exposed to employers without an application.
  • Briefs unlock contact
Freelancers see project context first; messaging only opens once they accept.
  • Resumes are signed-URL gated
Employers see resumes only after a candidate applies. Links expire in an hour.

Frequently asked questions.

Anyone in Kerala working in or around commerce - performance marketers, brand designers, Shopify and full-stack developers, eCommerce ops people, content creators, sales and finance folks at D2C brands. The platform is built for Kerala's D2C and eCommerce community first, but anyone in adjacent marketing, tech, design, or operations work is welcome. Many roles are remote-friendly, so you can apply from anywhere in Kerala.

We feature roles across Kerala - Kochi, Trivandrum, Kozhikode, and beyond - plus remote roles you can do from anywhere. Use the location and remote filters on the jobs page to narrow down.

Yes. Browsing jobs, applying, listing yourself as a freelancer, and posting a role are all free. We may add premium features (boosted listings, advanced filters) later, but the core platform stays free for the community.

Two things. First, focus - every role is connected to commerce, marketing, or adjacent startup work in Kerala, so you don't wade through irrelevant listings from across India. Second, trust - we verify employers with an AI trust check before posts go live, and freelance contact only opens after a freelancer accepts a brief. It's smaller, but every interaction is meant to be high-signal.

Freelancers list their services, rates, and availability. Employers browse and send a project brief - a short description plus budget and timeline. The freelancer accepts or declines. On accept, in-app messaging opens up. We don't take a cut and don't handle payments; we just make the introduction happen cleanly.

The eCom Mafia is The eCom Show's private community of D2C and eCommerce operators in Kerala. Verified Mafia members get a badge on their profile and access to a private tier of jobs employers can mark as Mafia-only. To get verified, submit the email you used to join the community on your profile page.

Sign in as a candidate, then go to your profile and click 'List yourself as a freelancer'. You add a headline, services, hourly or project rates, availability, and portfolio links. You can keep accepting briefs even while you're working a full-time job - lots of operators do.
